Fast Track (Management in Training) Programme
An unsurpassed in-depth experience of the hotel business in just 18 months. You’ll spend six months each in a city hotel, country hotel and beach/resort hotel. With training in two departments at each location, you’ll cover: Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting and Rooms Division. There will be even more opportunities to learn, through a variety of interactive seminars presented by our knowledgeable hospitality experts. You’ll also have free access to our bespoke L+R Hotels Learning Management System, available as online modules 24/7. In the last six months of the programme, while working in the last two departments, you will receive leadership training to prepare you for a managerial role. As a Fast Tracker, you will be assigned one of our experienced General Managers as mentor for the duration of your programme. With their guidance, you’ll work on a business-focused project, presenting it to L+R Hotels executives at the end of the programme. Upon successful completion of the programme, including your project delivery and L+R Hotels Executives’ recommendation, you’ll receive an L+R Hotels certificate (non-accredited) and be offered a Junior Manager role at one of our L+R Hotels.
